The fine print, in plain English.
weyt.ai is a beta service from one builder. These are the terms you agree to when you create an account or use the site.
1. A beta service
weyt.ai is in beta. Features change, numbers get recalibrated, and things occasionally break. It is offered as-is, free of charge while in beta (see pricing), and may be paused or discontinued. If it ever shuts down, you will be told in advance.
2. Not medical advice
Everything weyt.ai produces, including the coach, THE READ, insights, AI-designed workouts, progression targets, swap-in suggestions and the Weyt Age, is AI-generated or computed fitness guidance, not medical advice. It does not know your medical history. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Stop if something hurts. You are responsible for training safely, using appropriate loads, and deciding what to do with any suggestion the app makes.
Strength percentiles and the Weyt Age are statistical comparisons against published population and lifter norms (see how it works). They are a scoreboard, not a diagnosis.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your passphrase to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give accurate information where it matters: sex, age and bodyweight drive the Weyt Age. The app is honest with you; return the favor.
- One account per person. Do not create accounts by automated means.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings; see the privacy policy for what that does.
4. Your content and the floor
You own what you log and build. By sharing a workout to the floor you grant weyt.ai and other members a license to display, copy (“add”), and perform (“do it”) that published snapshot, including after you unlist it or delete your account (in which case it is shown as from a “Former member”). Published snapshots are immutable; your private copy is yours to edit.
Acceptable use on the floor and in the coach:
- No hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal content, and nothing that impersonates another person.
- No spam, advertising, or links to other products in workout names, exercise names or notes.
- No dangerous programming presented as safe (for example, extreme loads or durations meant to injure).
Publishing is screened by a deterministic blocklist and an automated AI moderation check, and every published workout carries a REPORT button. A workout reported by three distinct members is removed automatically. weyt.ai may also remove content or unlist a publication at its discretion.
5. Acceptable use of the service
- Do not probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service or its API beyond normal use. Rate limits exist and are enforced.
- Do not try to access another member's data.
- Do not use the coach to generate content that violates Anthropic's usage policies; the coach is built on Anthropic's Claude models and those policies flow through.
6. Termination
You can leave at any time by deleting your account. weyt.ai can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or put other members at risk, with notice where practical.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, weyt.ai and its builder are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the beta is zero.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change as the product grows up. The date at the top moves when they do, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use weyt.ai after a change means you accept it.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: tell the coach in the app that you have feedback; it files your message directly to the builder. See also the privacy policy.
