A coach, not a catalogue.
Tell the coach what you've got and what's in the way. It builds your workout now, then rebuilds it after every session you log.
Free to start · No credit card · Two builds without an account
Build it. Lift it. Read it. Get stronger.
The whole app is those four moves, and every one of them is a couple of taps. Every screen below is the real thing on example data.
Your workout, your gym
The plan you build above is Day 1, already loaded. Edit it, say what to change, take one off the floor, or let the designer draft the next one from your history. The plates to load are drawn for you.
Tap, don’t type
Did it as planned? Logged in two taps. Going set by set? One check per set, a rest clock, and the PR flashes the moment you hit it.
Receipts, not a pat on the back
Every session comes back judged: PRs, eight-week bests, what held. Next targets are posted to the plan before you leave the gym.
The board moves when you lift
Your Weyt Age against real population data. Gains, Balance and Routine as verdicts, not numbers to decode. And a coach that has read every set, rewriting your plan when the numbers say so.
Keep this number and make it move.
Free while in beta · no credit card · next: calibrate the board (six taps) · then today’s workout. weyt.ai provides AI-generated fitness guidance, not medical advice.
What is weyt.ai, in plain words
What is weyt.ai?
weyt.ai is a free, web-based strength training app with a scoreboard and a coach. You describe what you have and what is in the way, and the coach builds your workout; you log your lifts in a few taps, and it computes a Weyt Score for your training, a Weyt Age that ranks your strength against real population data, and rebuilds your plan after every session. It runs in the browser and installs as a web app (PWA).
What is a Weyt Age, and where do the percentiles come from?
It is the age whose average strength matches yours. Your Weyt Age is the age whose median strength matches your current bench press and squat, estimated from the sets you log (no max-out testing). One bench set is enough for a first number; adding a squat makes it exact. It is ranked two ways: against the general population, using the Cooper Institute bench-press norms published in the ACSM Guidelines for Exercise Testing and Prescription, and against lifters who track their training, using Strength Level community standards. No credible general-population squat norms exist, so the squat is scored through its matched-percentile bench equivalent, which keeps both lifts on one calibrated scale.
Is weyt.ai free?
Yes. weyt.ai is free while it is in beta, with every feature included and no credit card. A paid Pro tier is planned for later; the pricing page says what is planned and what is promised.
Is my data sold?
No. weyt.ai does not sell your data and shows no ads. The workout builder on this page sends your sentence, sex, age and the sets you typed to Anthropic’s Claude API to build the plan; the sentence is kept anonymously (no name, email or address) so the builder can be improved, and nothing is tied to you until you sign up. The Weyt Age math itself runs in your browser. In the app, your logged training data is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API only to generate your coaching, insights and workout designs. The coach is AI-generated fitness guidance, not medical advice. You can delete your account and all of its data from Settings at any time.
